Why do some people elevate to their highest level, and some people don’t? How can we all tap into our incredible ability to innovate and put it to work to perform at our maximum potential?
In reading and researching the topic of human performance, I realized that the foundation to elevating human performance lies in our ability to innovate, and there are three keys to unlocking it.
Find a story that works for you and stick to it: What’s the story you tell yourself to keep you hungry and fighting to reach a higher level? Find it, and stick to it!
Turn wants into needs: Do you fight harder for things you need or things you want? Reframe your goals from wants to needs.
Understand and align with your strengths: You can avoid your weaknesses, but you can’t really win without leveraging your strengths, but that starts with really uncovering your strengths.
Here’s the thing. Being innovative is universal, but how we innovate is different. By using these three keys to unlock your human performance, you tap into your unique innovation abilities, reach new heights, and get to the next level.
If you are ready to:
get buy-in from key decision-makers on your next big idea
be a high-impact, high-value member that ignites change
foster a culture of innovation where everyone on your team is bringing innovative ideas that tackle challenges and seize opportunities…
